Expired listing
The listing expired. The house did not stop needing to sell.
A property that sat on the market and did not sell usually needs a different answer, not another six months at the same price. We can make an offer this week.
We help homeowners who are
- Watched a listing expire without an offer
- Getting fewer showings every time the price drops
- Wondering if a condition issue is holding the sale back
- Tired of keeping the house market-ready for showings
- Ready to try something other than relisting at a lower price
- Need the sale done on a specific date, not whenever it sells
It did not sell
No more showings
A different way to sell
Questions people actually ask
Why would you buy a house that did not sell on the open market?
The open market and a direct buyer are pricing two different things. We are not asking for a move-in-ready home, so a condition or timing problem that hurt the listing usually does not change our answer.
Do I need to relist first, or can I sell to you directly?
You can come to us directly. There is no requirement to relist or wait out an existing contract before you talk to us.
Will you lowball me because the listing expired?
No. We price the house on its own condition and location, the same as we would for anyone. An expired listing does not change the math.
How is this different from relisting at a lower price?
A lower price on the open market still means showings, an inspection, and a buyer who can back out. A direct sale to us skips all three.
