Can you actually close by the date I need?
Yes, that is the point of selling to us directly. You tell us the date and we work backward from it.
I have already moved out of state. Can we do this remotely?
Yes. We can walk the property on video and handle the paperwork, so you do not need to fly back for the closing.
Do I need to have the house ready to show before I go?
No. Leave it as it is. We are not asking buyers to walk through it, so there is nothing to stage.
What if my moving date changes?
Tell us as soon as it does. Because we are not relying on a buyer's mortgage approval, we usually have more room to move the date than a traditional sale would.
